Convinced, great breakfast, very good staff

Nothing much, facilities aren't that well but so is the rest of Pokhara, so I'll pass this one

The pool and the suite and the service

If you go to Pokhara, you have to stay here. The building inside is lovely and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Great big bed, amazing to rest in after hiking. Shower was great and come with gel and shampoo as well as toothbrush. Balcony is a great bonus as well. Location is great. Short walk to all the action and the lake is a stones throw away. The staff are very helpful and will help with all your needs. Breakfast is good and the coffee is rather nice.

Would be nice to have some Nepalese food for breakfast option. Charging points are not close to the bed.

The bathroom was western standard and for breakfast they made fresh eggs.

Staff was unwelcoming, it's the type of interaction when you try to check-in and "how you dare bothering them". The lobby is really nice and true to the pictures on Booking, but the rooms are super basic and sad, quiet disappointing to be honest. Also the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. There is party every night at one of the nearby hotels, and they don't stop until midnight, so there is no chance to try to sleep earlier. The rooftop pool is a sad one too, it looks nothing like on the Booking pictures, there has been a lot of photosopping done.

Great pool - it was hot when I arrived and I used it to its max. Location is a little walk from the hub of region but still in a good central location.

Location near the lake was excellent but the staff made it extra special. They could not have been more helpful. The reception staff in particular went out of their way to look after us.

Very friendly staff and comfortable room. Good value for money. The breakfast is also nice with fresh eggs done on the spot. Good location by the lake and good value for money

The dinner was not as great and the placemats were a little dirty

Treatment to Staff by owner relatives! Overheard during check in.Also, would be better if power socket were available near to bed. Overall very good place to stay.

The staff was exceptional. They went beyond the call of duty to make our stay comfortable. On request, the chef made dishes to our specifications. Staff on site assisted in planning our events and flights. Location is close to all major shopping and activities.Would definitely recommend this place and definitely plan on staying there again.

We had an amazing stay! Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, amazing rooftop pool area and helpful staff. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We had deluxe double room and it was spacious and well equipped. Even fridge in the room. Very good breakfast with options. Rooftop pool was also cool with nice views but not that clean.

Restaurant prices were ridiculous, 6.8€ for one beer… It’s Nepal, not France.

Perfect choice in Pokhara. Very comfy rooms, nice staff, roof pool with beautifull views.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Staff were excellent - going above and beyond. Prem explained our options for a Poonhill trek and arranged a very good guide for us. He allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel whilst we were trekking. On our return, he gave us rooms to take a shower in. Afterwards, he helped us plan a route back to Kathmandu after flights from Pokhara were cancelled, stopping off for rafting in between (which we were originally planning to do from Kathmandu). Incredible service.

Nice hotel, well located next to the lake but in a slightly quieter area away from the main bars and restaurants. Nice rooftop pool, and easy access to the rest of Lakeside. There is a taxi stand across the road if you need to get to other parts of Pokhara or the airport. Well priced drinks, although we didn't try the restaurant for dinner.

Good breakfast and the hotel has a good location.

We spent nights in three different rooms and they all had a really poor shower, the water pressure was low. After our trekking trip we were hoping to get a good hot shower but the water was a bit warm and with low pressure. The rooms were a bit untidy.

Beautiful place with a nice pool. Me and my wife spend our wedding-days here and the staff suprised us with wedding cake and a beautiful romanticly decorated room. Will definitely recommend everyone to come here for relaxation, nice atmosphere and good clean facilities. Thank you all for this experience.

The hotel has a very grand design and rustic charm with beautiful carved walls and ceilings. The service was good, and I was treated well. The food was OK.

The hotel feels like it used to be very beautiful and luxurious, maybe 20 years or more ago, but now it seems old, tired and not the cleanest. For the price I paid, I was a little disappointed with the quality.

Just perfect rooms. Big, spacious, very comfortable. Bed, linens, lights... everything. Breakfast is good, one can find any option wanted - and they have coffee from the machine.
